OUR SERVICES

Gift Wrapping: Mulholland and Sachs provide complimentary gift wrapping for all gifts (excluding marked down/clearance items). For special events, or business gifts, we customize wraps and coordinate colors to match your event decor.

Shipping: Mulholland and Sachs ships worldwide via regular and priority service and we are pleased to deliver by hand in Greater Cleveland, when needed. Buyer pays shipping charges.

Gift Registry: We believe in "planned giving," to ensure friends and family receive what they want and need. We provide a computer registry for engagements, weddings, new homes, babies, holidays, and other special events.

Gift Certificates: Our beautiful gold and white gift certificates can be redeemed for Mulholland and Sachs items.

Return Policy: All purchases may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued on gift returns. Verification of the purchase will be made on the computer system as long as you can accurately identify the original purchaser. Sale items are not returnable.

Special Orders: Special orders are our specialty! Shipping or freight charges, rush fees, and manufacturer required fees may apply. Order in bulk and we will pass that savings on to you!

Business Service: Businesses and qualifying organizations may apply for a business account and receive special courtesy discounts at Mulholland and Sachs. Purchase by email, phone and fax, or meet with us personally to discuss your needs. We offer written proposals that are designed to meet your stated budget, timeline and taste requirements.

Etching & Engraving: To have gifts engraved or etched, please send us directions in writing. No work will be done by verbal order. For some orders with tight time constraints, no proof will be provided. Artwork may be transmitted by email.
