Our Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping
All merchandise, except for special or custom orders, will be shipped UPS Ground within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Special orders and custom merchandise can take up to two weeks for processing.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00.

The following shipping charges apply to all orders:

  Up to $60.00 $8.50
  $60.00 - $150.00 $15.00
  Over $150.00 FREE

We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Refunds
We will exchange or refund the cost of any defective merchandise. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization. Please email anne@mulhollandsachs.com with your order number in the subject line, to request an authorization number. Sorry, shipping costs are only refundable when the return is due to our error in processing or shipping your order.

All merchandise needs to be returned unused or unworn in its original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date. CUSTOM ORDERS or FINAL SALE merchandise may not be returned or exchanged, unless we made an error in processing or shipping your order.

If a refund is required, we will credit your credit card account for the amount of the charge within 24 hours of us receiving the returned merchandise.
